This project was undertaken to provide the new owner and re-developer of the historic Texas & Pacific RR Freight Warehouse with CAD drawings of the as-is conditions of the structure. The drawings were to be used for the basis of architectural and mechanical designs in order to retrofit this 8 story warehouse into loft condominiums. The entire exterior (including the roof) were scanned as well as five interior floors. Over 12 days we collected data from 188 scan positions in order to produce a cohesive point cloud for modeling.
